Mallard Finance has been monitoring developments around the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we've been making the necessary changes to our business to ensure we're able to support customers through this difficult time. If you are a Mallard customer and your payments to us are going to be affected by COVID, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Our range of available measures include payment reductions and payment deferrals. We are finding that a large number of customers wish to speak to us about their finance agreement, so we would ask customers to bear with us and take note of the guidance below:

If your next payment is overdue or due within 14 days

If your monthly payment is 14 days away or more

Please provide us with your agreement number (if you know it), your home postcode and your vehicle registration. We will then respond as quickly as we can.
