Refund Policy

Refunds will be given in the event of a payment being made in error or if an overpayment has been on your account. If you believe a refund should be provided then please send written (email, letter or fax) confirmation within 7 days of making your payment. This communication must include your Full Name and Address, Mallard Account Number, Vehicle Registration, WorldPay Transaction Number, Payment Amount, Payment Type and reason for the refund request.
